the day of Two OO Nine

Every end of the year was thought of goin' to Penang

Similar as last year, even this year 2008.

2 days before the journey already planned to stay where, jalan-jalan where
and perhaps where to go spluring..

The day has arrived...

The view outside the hotel

The journey was like so short.
only took us 1h 30m or maybe shorter to reach the hotel.
Since we only allow to check in at 3pm,
we had to jalan-jalan at Gurney Plaza.

The arrival

3pm!
We put our stuffs into the room and had a very short nap before heading to the beach.
Yikes!
as usual Penang's beach is not the cleanliest or prettiest anymore.
or maybe i shall give them the dirtiest one.

Mata damn sepet

Nothing much to say cuz' the time was too packed.
We took turn to the bathroom.
Looking at the sky was about to rain dogs and cats.

Raining New Year

There actually 2 choices of place for celebrating the New Year.

Queensbay Mall - Bosco Wong performing

while

Gurney Plaza - none.

but we still decided to head to Gurney Plaza.
The journey from Tanjung Bungah to Bayan Lepas is kinda far eh.
We pray to have a better celebration at Gurney

Who doesn't know Gurney is the place where all the food gathered?
Yup.
Althou' not all the food is great but at least we managed to cure our stomache.
hehe

Sit there-stand there-sit there-stand there

we were trying to catch up wherever have interest place to hang.
Penang is not allow to play those aerosol thingy.
Once caught has to straight away to lokap.
I don't think they wanna celebrate New Year in lokap.

G Hotel

5 minutes before the fire crackers release.



Day passed fast.
Right after the firecrackers finished, we moved very fast to beat the jam.
Looking for food again.
This time is for supper.
Well, came to Penang of course for food.
I dunno what is C-A-L-O-R-I-E-S anymore.
lol

Back into the room already 1 / 2 something,
Didn't really catch the time cuz' I was damn sleepy
and didn't really bother what were they trying to do later on.

Even wasted the morning breakkie due to the sleep-more-than-the-eat.
Pack up and ready to go for splurginggggggggggggggggg

Queensbay Mall

Yes! I do agree Penang is not as much as K.L
but who cares as long i can buy the things i wanted?

well, not for L.V, Gucci and Coach this time.
Just for clothing and shoe-ing.

5pm to gather and start our journey goin back.
Lastly, Oyster here we come
before heading back to Ipoh.
