Every end of the year was thought of goin' to Penang Similar as last year, even this year 2008. 2 days before the journey already planned to stay where, jalan-jalan where and perhaps where to go spluring.. geee The day has arrived... Due to i have to clear my annual leave by the end of 2008, i gotta off from the 29th Dec 2008 til' 31st Dec 2008. and to kill my time worth fully I decided to bake chocolate brownies Ingredients that needed *or you prefer to Google it?* -a big bar of plain choc 200g -a bar of soft margarine 250g -plain flour 180g -baking powder 2.5ml -caster sugar 300g -4 eggs -vanilla essence 15ml -walnut 100g (optional) -choc chip 100g (optional) steps to bake:- 1) Grease the pan and put it into the oven for 160 ºC 2) Melt the chocolate bar and the butter together. Cool it down 3) Mix the eggs, vanilla essence, sugar, plain flour & baking powder together. 4) Pour the melt chocolate butter into the mixture and mix it. 5) Add the chocolate chips and walnut if you want to 6) Pour the mixture into the heated pan 7) Put into the oven for 350ºC and bake it for 30 minutes And the result is Cool it down for another 30minutes and ready to SERVE!!! btw, i know the result is kinda like overheated but i...

It's been so many years since after the secondary school we graduated. We don't really keep in touch with each other until recently we able to call each other again. And hell yeah! We still able to click with each other Jes, Do you remember we used to write letter to communicate even though we were in the same class and just sitting next to each other? Do you remember we used chat on the phone in the middle of the night just to hear each other laugh out loud together? *okay! u called me more than I do* Do you remember our panda face after the whole long night chatting together until don't want to hung up the phone? Yes! i do remember all this and I'll always appreciate our friendship forever! XOXO

If you have read the previous post, I have post up few Christmas Tree deco pictures taken from Singapore So we knew that every year Christmas Eve we need to have turkey as our dinner to celebrate the Christmas Day! But since last 2 years i once had my turkey dinner with family @ Precious Time which that was my first and last time. I had a very bad allergy day after. hmm... Tot' back, it was kinda funny thou'.
